A native of Bonn, Oliver began his career with Shandwick Germany, working with sub-Saharan clients and US tech firms on their expansion into Europe. He then served as Country Manager, Regional Director and Head of Strategy for global networks such as Weber Shandwick, BCW (formerly Burson-Marsteller) and Hill+Knowlton Strategies in Malaysia, China, Singapore & Jakarta, and the United Arab Emirates.
